Really happy with these - long battery life and range. I've had LG Tone and other knockoffs, but they always failed because of the frail bud cords, etc. Easy to pair with multiple devices, iphone and Fire tablet and PC.

Battery life is amazing. The control ends are hard plastic, like the LG Tone, but they are flat rather than curved. Curving them probably would have made them fit a bit better around the neck, but I find these buttons are easier to access.

Will update later after using for awhile. Sound quality is good for the price. The only and only thing that is bad about these earphones is the lack of bass.

There is bass, but compared to traditional apple headphones, or a mid quality earphone they are low. So its not the best for all kinds of music.

Other than that, they are stellar. They have a battery that is 24 hours or longer I think, I hardly charged them. Build quality is good. Sony does come through. So if you don't care about lack of bass, or really looking for something for podcasts, etc I would say these are among the best on Amazon and cheap and good quality. For me, the lack of bass was a deal breaker as i listen to a lot of music. I bought these for my girl friend so she and I could talk on phone while she is moving around and doing house work or whatever.

Her voice sounds garbled and noisy on her brand new Samsung Galaxy. There is also an irritating click every few seconds. This is not an issue with her other, cheap Bluetooth headphones. Nor is it an issue when she connects these headphones to her old Apple iPhone.

EDIT: It's getting really frustrating how difficult it is to change the volume without skipping the track. This is a deal breaking feature and the biggest reason Id rather have these than the XBN1 despite its issues. These headphones feel very modern and stylish compared to the bulky and outdated XBBT. Hardware wise, these headphones are almost perfect with the biggest issues being the small ear pads and cheap plastic. I'm afraid these won't last longer than two years without cracking so I bought a 3 year protection plan with it. Just dont expect them to have equal or better noise cancellation. They are much worse in that regard. Going to save and may purchase the xm3's instead for that reason. You can tell there is noise cancellation but xm2's blow these headphones out of the water. I have had this headphones for about 9 months and today I notice an issue with one side of the headband that is missing a plastic piece that blocks the headband from coming loose from the ear speaker. Talked with Sony and also with Amazon to check warranty for this issue and non can do anything, Amazon relies on Sony and Sony considers this as an accidental damage which clearly was not caused by more than normal usage.

Other brands with cheaper headphones and good features have better warranty than this, if you want to buy something with built quality I suggest you look for another brand that has better warranty policy and responsibility with the user.
